Apart from this Samsung and LG did great this time, introducing exceptional products that turned millions of heads around them. Yet on the other hand, adding to “Unnecessary AI Gadgets” there was a fridge designed to refer to some recipes after analyzing food items.
Generally, it would be easier to quickly check out your favorite recipes on YouTube, Google, or GPT-4. But according to a survey it definitely excites people to know about such a fridge but it won’t make much difference, which is the point of the blog post below, featuring Unnecessary AI Gadgets at CES 2024.

After some stunning pitches at CES 2024, suddenly a statement appeared;
“Stop snoring and Come get your AI Pillows Now!”
It might sound cool to certain people and surely grab the attention of the event. But doesn’t it count in “Unnecessary AI Gadgets”?
AI-Powered Sleep Solutions; AI Pillows
So, a well-known South Korean company immediately started discussing the consequences of a poor sleep cycle at CES 2024 right after introducing themselves to the audience.
Obviously, there are several accidents and health issues happening to thousands of people of different ages. And majorly it leads to drowsy driving which obviously increases the road accident rate.
The company added that they had brought the perfect solution, which immediately excited the audience at some point. Then they displayed their AI Pillows, stating that they could identify your snores and would fill the air all over the AI Pillows and lift up your head.

Moreover, it has AI, which is trained to know your snoring sounds to perform restful tasks.
At the end of the presentation, there was no point in appreciating the product, hence it was at CES-2024.
Without any clear perception, solution, and representation the audience was disappointed and a bit confused to understand the reason behind this product. And accepted it as a “Typical CES Launch,” which won’t be able to take off for obvious reasons.

Well, talking about the AI Vacuum Cleaner, it is quite typical in appearance and has the same features as a normal vacuum cleaner. However, the company addressed it as an AI innovation due to one feature which is basically a mode that senses different types of floors or surfaces and applies pressure accordingly.
On the other hand, the AI Washing Machine detects the fabrics, and their weight, to optimize the required amount of washing time, water, and liquid.
CES 2024 be like "Why just wash clothes when your AI washing machine can also comment on your fashion sense?"

Apparently, both of these products have introduced AI, but from the public point of view, it doesn’t make any sense nor does it attract the potential customer.
As adding minor functions to existing products won’t let them be a part of the coolest AI innovations.
