Throughout the year futuristic tech companies such as Google, OpenAI, and Meta have consistently stunned their audience with their mindblowing releases. And now, Apple Cloud is going to be a part of this race.

You must have witnessed several AI systems including ML and LLM projects. Initially, Apple was the only giant company to lag behind. However, they have recently announced that their team is working on their own LLMs (Large Language Models).

Currently, Apple Cloud is working deliberately on their AI model and they are planning to source data from different external entities including mega media channels and news organizations for the development of their AI chatbot.

The official team is actively approaching multiple media companies to gain access to their material for more efficient training of their AI model. Primarily Apple Cloud is looking for news archives of the previous years either from numerous internet resources or channels themselves.

Organizations like Conde Nast, NBC News, and IAC are already in touch with Apple Cloud. And the deals are about to get final worth more than 55 million USD.

On the other hand, if we look at the previous deals, OpenAI has already used this technique to train its AI model. OpenAI was keenly in touch with Politico and Associated Press companies during the development process of ChatGPT. This is why Apple won’t be considered as the first company to do so.

Additionally, the release of the AI model by Apple Cloud is expected by the last quarter of 2024.
