Microsoft is testing Hot-Patches which are currently in use on a few particular editions of Windows including Xbox. But lately, the officials are planning to introduce it on all the PCs running Windows 11. However, they will integrate it with “Virtualization Based Security”.
What does Microsoft have to Say about Hot-Patches?

Microsoft states “Hot-Patches” as: “updating the code of a process running in memory without restarting the process.
So, that leads to no more monthly PC restarting yet this mechanism depends on baseline update which needs rebooting too but only once every 4 months.
