Research & Analysis

The deliverables from this phase of the project are a prototype of the platform and a blueprint report document (often called a discovery report) that provides a comprehensive strategic direction on how the digital product will function, how it will look, how long it will take to deliver and how much it will cost.

Exploring

Our first step of a website development process is always start with requirement gathering. The purpose of the web application, the goals, the application’s target audience - discussing all these with the client to understand the requirements are of utmost importance.

You wouldn’t construct a house without architectural plans, so why build an Website or digital product without knowing what you’re trying to achieve?

In the initial stages of the requirement discussion, DigiAlps sets up frequent detailed meetings with the clients to get a complete picture of the requirements. Also, keep in mind, the more fleshed out this stage will be, the more precise the cost and time estimation will be.

As the data is gathered, it gets funnelled into a continual review and analysis process, allowing us to present progress back to the client.

Analytics analysis

Web analytics is the collection, reporting, and analysis of website data. The focus is on identifying measures based on your organizational and user goals and using the website data to determine the success or failure of those goals and to drive strategy and improve the user’s experience.

User research

User research provides a structure to decision-making that is aligned with your business objectives and user tasks: Rather than “This option looks better,” the conversation becomes “This option has a 15% higher conversion rate.”

Market research

Your market landscape is changing all the time so we know it can be hard to keep up. However, knowing what’s out there and staying on top of your competitors can give your digital product the edge.
