DigiAlps is a remote-first company, remote-first means that few (if any) people are regularly required to perform their jobs from a centralized office. Employees instead work from another location, such as a home office or co-working space.
All research, presentations and workshops are conducted online, via video calls and specialist online whiteboarding and research tools.
Remote-first Reduces and even eliminates commuting time and transportation and we find that this type of environments can enhance quality of life.
Also we believe is that simplicity beats complexity. We both work and communicate in a simple and straightforward manner and we delight in solving complex problems with simple, low-waste solutions.
We strive to create a transparent environment where all remotely working team members feel that their voices are heard and welcomed. We also aim to be a place where people can show up as their full selves each day and contribute their best.

Choosing technical solutions and design routes without evidence and explanation causes conflict and blockers. By explaining the why and working in an Agile way, we work collaboratively and productively. We stand by this.

There's no right or wrong, but there is a way of choosing the best solutions based on findings and evidence. We're not harsh, we are honest. That's why we are confident in saying that we help our clients put their investment into best use.
Working together
Our developers know how to code, our director knows how to manage. Without a feeling of 'We're in this together!', the cycle breaks down. There's no such thing as a bad idea. We encourage ideation in every area of our studio.
